As BlahBlahYouToo pointed out Newegg now has this keyboard on sale for $45.99 shipped.

Amazon.com has this keyboard for $46.24 with free 5-7 day shipping.
UPDATE Price is $58.68 now.
I own it and at this price I think it's a pretty good deal. The red light is a bit more visible at night than the blue that some other keyboards use. A drawback for some might be that it doesn't have the little feet on the back to tilt it more if desired. On the plus side it's very stable and does not slide around like a lot of other keyboards I tried. Also the ability to use it without the keypad makes it easier to fit onto a small desk (a big plus for me).

Awesome deal. I love mine. The "only" thing negative and it depends on if its an individual problem not everyone is the keyboard doesn't have feet to prop up the back. So it sits flat.

Too bad you have to install drivers just to use this keyboard. You shouldn't have to install drivers for a keyboard.

That's partially incorrect. I'm using mine without the drivers right now. The keyboard, backlight dimmer, and volume controls work without drivers. Some of the functions aimed at gamers like macro keys and such do require drivers though. Not much different from any other keyboard really.

Mine is worn out too..I've been using a plain Dell one for a while now..works great, but I'd like something backlit again..

I picked up this keyboard a few months ago to replace my dying G15. Its a good keyboard, but there are some annoying things about it. As samduhman already said, no feet to prop up the back. But the more distracting thing to me is the key placement. Microsoft has decided to shift the keys so that the F1 key is directly above your ` key, where the ESC key normally is. Not really a huge deal, but does take some getting used to, for me atleast. For the games that I normally play, the F1-F4 keys are my quick access things, so changing the placement of those keys has really screwed me up.

Good keyboard overall, similar to the G11

Keyboards need to be propped up in the front, not the back.
