Microsoft security essentials problems with domain

Ever since I have installed Microsoft security essentials on a test system, I keep getting errors when logging onto the domain. Last week it was that a trust relationship did not exist, and today there was another trust issue.

The solution is to leave the domain, and rejoin the domain, restart workstation.

Workstation - Windows 7 professional - 64bit
Server - Windows sever 2008 R2

Anyone else know about this problem?

When you refer to domain, are you meaning your primary ISP? Some ISPs have their own AV setups, and that could cause a conflict. Check all your ISP settings.
 
Generally those are caused by time or network issues, I highly doubt MSE is doing anything to affect either of those.
