Microsoft Security Client Error in windows 10

From couple of days I am noticing an error message popping up right after windows 10 startup. It's Microsoft Security Client Error
"An Error has occurred in the program during initialization, if this problem continues, please contact your system administrator"

Error Code 0xB0070426

Please help me to get rid of this, Is this error critical? currently I just hit OK to continue, everything seems to working fine.
 
Someone else mentioned a problem with a platform update for Windows Defender recently. Can you have a look in your Windows Update history and see whether you've had that update and whether the install date tallies up with you experiencing this problem?

Also I'd do a standard dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.

Also check the event viewer > custom logs > administrative events for any interesting errors/warnings.
