For those not following the issue, a critical and exploitable flaw was found in the internet explorer web browser. Microsoft, to its credit has fixed the this flaw and
just released a KB960714 update patch in the past few hours.

Especially if you primarily use internet explorer as your primary web browser, I urge you to get it ASAP. It may be a day or so before the everyone gets it by automatic windows updates.
