My Outlook calendar keeps resetting to September 2002 and the system time also gets crazy. System stays powered up so I'm assuming it's not CMOS - even creamed the OS and reinstalled...still same problem - changes initially take and then after a day or two reverts back to 9/2002 with screwed up time??????
 
check for spyware/trojans running in the background.

could be a faulty mb/crystal/clock

get a clock sychronizing program...it will fix your clock every hour or whatever (fixes the symptom, not the root cause)

I'd also say try replacing the cmos battery, in case there's a connection or loading problem caused by a faulty battery
