Microsoft Office Excel shortcuts?

I am looking for a good comprehensive guide on Excel shortcuts... I currently do a lot of calculations on Excel and need to improve my efficiency... Of course I googled it but there are a million sites that offer no significant value. Thanks.

most of the menu commands will show you the keyboard shortcuts

Obviously Control-C, Control-V, Control-X are still copy, paste, and cut

others I use a great deal are Control-Space = highlights the current column, Control-1 = takes you to the format menu
