I have two monitors. i want one spread sheet on monitor 1 and the other spread sheet on monitor 2.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this.
 
Or, you can have your excel instance span both monitors, then go to Window > Arrange > Vertical and it'll split your two spreadsheets evenly across both monitors (assuming they have the same resolutions).
