In office 2003, for word or even all the other office programs, how do i turn off the personalized menus?

Does anyone knows how to make Frontpage 2003 open all htm and html files instead of MS Word? I have Frontpage set as the default webpage editor but clicking Edit on the right-click menu opens the file in MS Word.

I am kinda regretting upgrading my Office XP to Office 2003.
