Microsoft mouse replacement

I did mine on october 21st.. recieved it a week and a half later. I got a confirmation email around the 27th. It still works..

Had an intellimouse 4.0 tilt.. and it didnt click. Purchased it for 30 bucks and stumbled across this thread. Decided to give it a try.. and to my surprise.. it worked.

Ive had teh worst luck with computer mice.. logitech mx1000 broke and 4 microsoft broke within a year.
 
I just called Microsoft today to replace two broken Mouse and this time they didnt ask me to fax in anything. They just ask for the full PID # along with the 4 digit number on the lower right hand corner. And the rep said my mouse will be shipped out tomorrow. I guess they changed their procedure. Anyways, just letting you guys know the new procedures.
 
I got a letter from Microsoft saying that OEM products are not supported. 🙁 I forgot I bought them OEM form newegg.
