Hmm, I gotta call them too. No response, and I don't think I cought an OEM. I'm pretty sure it was a retail model I'd bought from MWave many moons ago. I bought a Intellimouse Explorer when they first hit the market. Paid $100 bucks for it, and the box proclaimed lifetime warranty. Later, Microsoft changed that to a 5 year warranty. I don't have the box or anything from my original purchase. Do you still think they would honor the lifetime?
