Still the same as the one posted on the first page, just faxed my replacement request in yesterday. My Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 was dropping out every couple minutes, so it was time to replace it.

You're either lying or you used a different number. Two people so far besides me have mentioned that both times they've tried to send a fax that it said the number was not in service.
Can you please check the number again to make sure that the number is actually a working number? Thanks!
