Microsoft Intellimouse explorer $40 at best buy B&M

I just happened to go to Bust buy today and i saw they had there intellimouse explorers for $39.97 i always seen the plain intellimouse for that price (plain intellimouse was $39.97 after $10.00 MIR)the explorer has always been $50 - $75 depends on where u go. i couldnt pass this up. There was no advertised special or anything of the sort.
