Microsoft IIS

Whenever i turn my computer on, IIS starts automatically. Anyone know how to make it so you have to manually turn it on when you want it?

I've done it before but totally forget where to go to do it....

i did that, but it appears that wheni turn it back to ON in the IIS it stays on through restarts



unless MS Visual studio is turning it on by itself (which ive never seen it do my laptop)
