This is funny to me. It's nothing more than Microsoft giving the EU the big finger for trying to tell them what product to produce. I mean really, who is going to purchase something called "Windows XP Reduced Media Edition"? That is funny as hell to even think that would fly in the first place!

I don't see what the bid deal is. You can DL media player classic or winamp and you are all set.
Shame on MS for making you pay for Media player even in the version without it.
