Microsoft ForceFeedback Wheel on WIN2k

Having problems installing Microsoft ForceFeedback Steering Wheel on WIN2k. The cd/drivers that come with the wheel don't want to work on Win2k. Are there any system built-in ways to make Win2k see the steering wheel?

I believe that the drivers/software are only for Win98. Which is a bit odd, since it is a Microsoft product. I just tried downloading the Sidewinder software for my Sidewinder Dual Strike (it was free from CompUSA!) so it would run in Win2k, but the software refused to install.

I plugged it in anyway and it worked fine. Go fig.

Umm, yes, but i had to install standard game port for my soundcard (erm... CMi8338), because it didn't install it automaticaly... May be i should use something else, rather than "standard" game port?
I just don't have any ideas concerning this problem...

Boose,

I use my Wheel with no problems under W2K, have you checked the MS Site for the drivers ? Download them and install to use your FF Wheel. Good luck !

There are drivers at MS website? You've downloaded them from there? I just didn't find anything...

Alright, i found the update, but after unpacking itself it says:
Error creating process: < setup\_SETUP.EXE >

What's the phreakn' problem?

ok, got it unziped my own way, but this setup is no good for Win2k.

Are there win2k drivers availuble for M$ ForceFeed Back Wheel?
