CompUSA had it at $50 after $20 MIR. See if you can find a similar rebate to make this deal even better. It's supposed to be a mfr's rebate, but I don't have any more detail.

Maybe this deserves its own thread, but buying a MS hardware product has a hidden benefit. You call MS and ask for how to get a replacement part because, for example, a clamp is broken. Since they don't carry replacement parts, they might just send you a new one, without even asking you to return the old stuff. All they ask is for the serial number on the product you have. I bought an 'open item' FF wheel from Best Buy, which had a missing clamp piece. They sent me a new one. I rigged up a clamp to use my old one and sold the new one to a friend.

Yes, which Best Buy. From where I live, I can get to three of them (Cumberland, Perimeter, North Lake) in about 15-20 minutes. I work 5 minutes from the Cumberland store.

Yes, yellow jackets pulled it out on Saturday. Doubt they'll be so lucky this coming Saturday. But I'll be there, drunk, cheering them on!

Branded, that is dishonest. Microsoft is very kind to do that and offer good hardware support for that reason. I wouldn't be surprised if you get your post deleted or even banned when the mod reads this.
