Microsoft Explorer Problem

My Microsoft explorer mouse moves jerky in windows (Moves about 1/8" every step), I even bought a second mouse just to rule out that. Im not quite sure what else to try, Ive installed the newest Via drivers and the usb filter. Some games that run in a lower res then my desktop are even worse.
Any help is appreciated.

Newest Via Drivers
Mouse pluged into Usb1 (Tried Both)
Voodoo 5500 @ 1152 x 864 (Also tried various Res)
 
Fixed, I took out Pointer32 (I guess this is the the microsoft mouse software) out of my task starts and everything is great now.
