Just picked up a new job that is heavy in MS Excel spreadsheet use. Only problem is I've got very little experience in it.

Im the type of person that has to actually understand why something does what it does in order to learn about. My question is, does anyone know of any good online tutorial's for Excel? Interested in everything from the very basics to advanced user type stuff.

Any help is appreciated!

Accounting?
Statistics?
Scientific?

Does it mostly deal with

Complex Formulas?
Conditional Formatting?
Macros and VBA?

I really like mrexcel as well.

The books sold at that site are pretty solid as well. The forum has been invaluable to me in the past.
