I don't really care anymore, I've had my fun.

The thing is, I didn't create, nor do I support the "MS is evil" phrase, it's just a very popular sort of phrase that sums up one side of the public perception of MS. I was just curious to see what fraction of people here agree with this perception. Then I get chewed out for even mentioning that line. I mean what is this, communist China? Heck, I actually voted no.

This phrase doesn't literally mean that MS is a giant Satan with a pitchfork spreading it's tentacles through each and every PC on this planet. I mean what normal person actually believes that? And what kind of person actually believes that other people believe that?

Had the unnamed person been a little more eloquent about expressing his displeasure, I would have been more than happy to revise and explain the whole first post and I wouldn't have gotten dragged in this whole stupid flame war. It's hardly my fault that people are asses here. I mean seriously, what kind of person says "you're stupid" as the very first reply to a thread? Could one have possibly used any less tact?

Now, I don't go around randomly hitting people for having different beliefs. But once someone takes the first swing, I'm not going to say "I'm too good to hit you back."
