Same here, ordered 5, replaced them all. Been using them since their introduction. Staples delivered them from their Hammond store, using a subcontracted delivery company. I would not have driven to pick them up even if they were free, since it is some 60 miles away. And the guy was driving a heavy duty delivery van, empty save for my package.

If you have the item delivered to your local store you do not pay delivery and do not have to meet the $45 minuim to get free delivery.
