Microsoft class action law suit

Hey guys I just got this thing in the mail from microsoft because i was in the class action law suit. Did anyone else get anything in the mail? I got a voucher for $21

I got $292, so I guess I should go buy something, then mailed some copy of receipts to get the cash..

I just got my $95 and I have the reciept for my 2405FPW I'm good . I just wish they sent a check instead of all this voucher stuff that we are going to have to wait 2 years for again.

It appears that they want original receipt, so I will just buy something I really need before doing anything, I have 4 years to do it lol (til 2010). My friend actually bought a printer and scanner last year that worths over $300 something, but if they want original receipt... that's the problem.

If you already bought something and you have the reciept, you can just use that instead. It has to be something that was bought since August '03.

I didn't even pursue it. I figured the looking for old records, and the wait were not worth the small $.

class action suits suck. the only ones who really hit payout are the lawyers.

I will see because the recipet is not my name, but that should be ok, I didn't do anything, microsoft just mailed me a claim paper long time ago and I just mailed them back the claim form.... After certain years, now I get a settlement voucher that I am entitled for 292 bux, i guess thats better than nothing haha.
