I think this is great news, especially this which should allow for faster and easier updating:

"The key points are that Microsoft isn't describing 19H2 as a fully featured new build at all—and that 19H2 isn't deployed as a full OS replacement. Instead of downloading 19H2 as an entire OS, users on build 1903 (aka the May 2019 Update) can deploy it as a set of patches, much like a Cumulative Update (or like the Service Packs of yore). "

Stupid Windows. It has a popup on the screen saying 'support for this update ends in November' and demands picking a time to restart, and the popup can't be closed without doing so.

After the last update Microsoft broke its own Mail App. It no longer works with Yahoo Mail Accounts on my computer. Microsoft sucks.

After reading the linked article, I feel that this thread's title strongly needs a RUMOR tag. There is no statement or confirmation from Microsoft, just speculation based on what fast ring versus slow ring Insiders got.
