Microsoft Broadband Network Utility

Anyone have any idea where i can download this from? I wanted to change some stuff on my wireless router, but im pretty sure i need that MBNU to access it. I looked all over MS/Google and can't seem to find anything.

On Microsoft's routers, you can just navigate to http://192.168.2.1 assuming it is using default settings. This has been easier for me than using the utility.
