I really need to try this, i recently went back to xp32. Is there any real change from the invite only beta to the public beta?

Just an update: Windows Vista Beta2 is now available to the public as part of Microsoft's Consumer Preview Program (CPP). You can order it on a single DVD or download it if you like. Personally, I don't recommend installing this on your primary hard drive. I'd swap in a spare hard drive and install it on that.

cool, thanks. i've actually been reading the same advice from all over. i still can't find a DL link for it... but i'm not too motivated to do it now.
