i'm almost positive if this was the case, microsoft would do it automatically for you and it would be very streamlined. sony on the other hand doesn't care about that which is why you see so many games integrating online components so differently. ms requires things to be somewhat standard if you want to integrate with xbl.

Well, I'm not sure it's sony so much as the developer themselves. Diablo 3 on PS4 links your PSN ID to your battle.net account so you can easily connect with people.

It's not that hard to figure out ways for it to work well, they just have to care about doing it in a way that makes it easy on us.

i don't think capcom has UX people that work for them which is why everything about sf5 is complete crap from a UX perspective. i agree it's probably on them.

but had this game come out on xbox one, microsoft would not have let it have been published with the crap integration it is. they are VERY picky about that kind of stuff, and imo, it shows because all games online integration are so much better on MS consoles over sony consoles.
