Open the Powerpoint 2007 document in the 2007 version, Then select the " Save As " option and save it as an Office 2003 version Powerpoint presentation and then it will open properly in Powerpoint 2003. And it will still open in Powerpoint 2007.

Powerpoint 2003 default saves as *.ppt
Powerpoint 2007 default saves as *pptx

That SAVE AS woks fine. You can also download and install the free Microsoft PP 2007 Viewer and install it on the older system and make no file changes.

Open PP 2007 and cut the pictures, then paste them into MS Paint (or any other photo editor) and print them.
