micronics (where are they)???

Does anyone know what happened to micronics? I can't seem to get to their web site.
I am looking for a bios for the M1DFd.

they were bought by Diamond Multimedia a few years ago. then diamond was bought by S3 and the S3 split into sonicblue and some parts of its intellectual property is now owned by VIA. kind of messed up if you ask me.
