Micron ram

Have a 128meg stick of supposedly above average micron ram, 7ns stuff. I am building a 1.2 Tbird/KT7A/Sparkle 350w ps. Is this sufficient ram to reach upper limits of Tbird and is it enough or do I need 256?

Everything is switching over to 256. I'm even considering an extra 128mb for my Duron 600@800 (1.6v)

EDIT: Oh, and get an Enermax 330/351 watt PSU

When adding another stick is it important to purchase the same type of ram?

Got a Sparkle 350 w ps on the way. It got good reviews so I opted for it.
