I tried to buy some ram from them before back when PC166 ram was hot. never got the ram and 5 emails letter and two threats to call the BBB and file a complaint with my credit card company and file a lawsuit against them did I get my $40 back.

I would recommend skipping this hassle and paying for Crucial memory or any other vendor.
