If I remember correctly the Crucial C300 did not have an aggresive garbage collection and really needed to have trim, thus not a good candidate for raid.

Do I have this correct, and if so - does anyone have any knowledge if the C400's use a more aggresive garbage collection that might make them more suitable for a raid setup??
