Not in a million years.

Not that it'll matter much soon with all the databases on us, they'll already know where I eat, where I drive, what I do on the internet, what phone calls I make, what e-mails I send..etc..

Seems like that's part of the plan, to sneak in the lil' things while blinding you into fighting against these huge things.

I think I would support it, although the people that can access this data have to be very limited and controlled.

This very rarely happens. Don't count on it. It's starts off with just one exception. Then another and another and another. Before you know it, it's being relied upon for so much stuff that even though we all realize it has gone far past being overboard there is nothing we can do about it. People will freak at the thought of getting rid of it out of fear. That fear should have never existed in the first place because it is completely revolving around false pretense.

Edit - For example your entire medical history on a chip, so when you go unconcious from something they know your medical history at the hospital/ambulance.

This is how it's being 'sold' and a way to 'protect' your kids.

I don't recommend it. If you have a condition keep it in your wallet. If you lose your wallet oh well, you can keep another copy in your front pocket.

If you have lost your pants as well, you probably have more things to worry about.

id rather have lojack on my kids than a medical chip... mebbe a hybrid. but it would be removed when they were 18 or so, i think tracking adults in any way like that is the first step to the wrong direction for privacy. reminds me of the societal stances the movies judge dredd and demolition man portrayed of our future.

PASS.

nah, it would just read a number ID, the national DB of info would be updated, which their reader would access based on the serial number in your implant. not too much different than the dog thing, or jobclock trackers.

Aren't you the guy who doesn't even have a bank account?

I actually have a few, but I only use them to cash checks, purchase travellers checks, etc.

good luck with who pays for that surgery and if at 18 the kid agrees and doesn't find someone to now sue since it was obvious it was needed to be removed.

Realizing that its placed directly under your skin and requires about 15 seconds to get it back out.

It's the Mark of the Beast. No thanks, I'd rather go to heaven.

Christians are smart enough to see the trends in society, and see them prophecized in the Bible. Yes, things like this are Mark of the Beast.

Futurist Christian eschatology typically holds that the Mark of the Beast is one way in which the Antichrist will exercise power over the Earth during the period of Tribulation, because of the prophetic statement in Revelation 13:16-17 that "the Beast" (??????) will require all people to receive the mark (???a?µa "branded mark or character") in their right hands or foreheads in order to buy or sell, making survival for those on the run much more difficult. A possible translation of the meaning of the number 666 may be: the number 666 will be the number that all currency will be based upon. Exact interpretations of this vary widely. For example:

Some Christians interpret the mark as a requirement for all commerce to mean that the mark might actually be an object with the function of a credit card (eg. RFID).[32]
Steven D. Miller proposes that the mark of the beast may refer to a social security number or card.[33]
Terry Watkins supposes the mark to be a microchip and or barcode on the human body.[34]

The next things in line are (not necessarily in this order):

1) Mark of the beast.
2) Persecution of Christians.
3) New World Order.
4) A chrismatic leader of the New World Order who solves all the worlds issues/wars, and a Jewish Leader (their spiritual Messiah so to speak)... But they are the anti-christs.

....

I don't support Microchip, but since its prophecized in the bible that we will get this. I have a feeling if 99% of us don't want it, we'll somehow get it anyhow (just like the Iraqi War)... It will be mandated by government (or the New World Order)
