I've had the monitor about a month now. The 2560x1440 works right, the 2880 is a horrible joke from the marketing folks. The monitor has bright color to it, good contrast, the color consistency isn't perfect but nobody is going to notice without explicitly looking for it.

The sound is there as a formality, I've tested it couple times but switch back to $60 speakers for casual use.

The only gripe I have with the monitor is that they advertise 2880x1620 which is damn skeevy. I spent too much time trying to get that resolution to not look like a pile of turds. Had they just advertised the 2560 I would have felt like this was an awesome buy.
