MicroATX

microatx refers the size of the motherboard itself. a regular atx motherboard is around 8" x 12" and a microatx is around 8.15" x 9.65". so any atx power supply should work with a microatx motherboard.

MicroATX boards must be physically smaller (four slot positions as opposed to 7 on full-size ATX), and must be able to cope with weaker power supplies.

So when you fit an mATX board into a full size ATX case, no problem there - other than loads of unused space and maybe more powerful a PSU than would be required.
