MicroATX - socket370 mobo Recommendations?

Hello
I am looking for a MicroATX board to up grade my older mobo. I am looking for something with onboard audio/video but with an AGP slot and PCI slots with a socket 370 cpu. Seems like a lot of companies make them but it's hard to find reviews/ comments on the MicroATX boards. I know its older slower tech but so am I!
