MicroATX (or smaller) board with RAID?

I've never seen a mATX or smaller mobo with on-board RAID - not enough square inches left for the sockets and chip. Just buy a cheap (check pricewatch) RAID card and plug it in. I prefer the HighPoint chip, but the others aren't much worse...

Oh, and remember, mirroring DOES NOT = backup. There are quite a few failure modes that mirroring won't protect you from: viruses/worms/macros (they and their damage will be copied over), application failures (corrupted data will be copied right over), etc. You will also need a real backup to be confident. I recommend one or more hard disks in removable trays for doing backups. - cheaper and faster than any other method I know of. Mirroring will just help you get back up and running faster if the failure is one that fits into its range.
