I've got an AthlonXP-M 2400+ and a MSI NForce2 IGP mobo, but the CPU will only run at 800mhz because the mobo can't recognize PowerNOW features. After a great deal of research and testing the CPU in a std atx board I've found that I need a board with manual multiplier configuration settings. Can anybody think of a decent M.ATX Socket-A motherboard that will let you manually change the multiplier? Thx!

For having multiplier adjustments:

Biostar

Chaintech

AFAIK the Biostar is the only mATX board with multiplier adjustments on the market. It has FSB, various voltages as well. FYI though it claims 400MHz FSB operation, the Nforce2 IGP chipset it uses does not "officially" support that speed. You can get it, however, if you increase chipset voltage in BIOS. It has a multiplier break at 12.5 so some CPUs can't go above it, some can't go below it. At the time I owned one I did not have a mobile. The Athlon XP chips I tried in it would not go below 12.5 multiplier.

I have the Chaintech board (sitting on a shelf behind me). No voltage or multiplier adjustments in BIOS. It has a small range of FSB adjustments, that is all.
