I've always built Intel boxes but I'm open to AMD. I just don't know squat about the AMD mobo market and who the trustworthy names are, etc. That, and I've never build a MicroATX box either.

I'm looking to upgrade the wifes computer from her current Shuttle SS51G to an Aspire Q-PACK box (need a beefier PSU for a newer vid card). I guess I'm open on the case as well, but I am looking for a 120mm fan for the lower noise factor.

Any recommendations would be very helpful.

Foxconn and MSI makes decent mATX socket 939 boards (along with some others). Choose whichever one, plus whatever A64 CPU you can afford. Stuff should go together pretty easy.
