I ordered a black bezel Lite-On 24x burner. They sent me a black bezel Lite-On DVD drive. Hmmmmm. I RMA'd it. They received it last Tuesday on the 5th. I e-mailed them to get a status of the RMA. They wrote back and said "Ooops! I found it. It's been sitting here on the floor for a week. We haven't mailed it yet". Huh? It finally got mailed to me on the 12th. She gave me a tracking number but can't confirm that I'm really getting the burner this time and not another DVD. I hope this works out...........
