Let me set the record straight once and for all: There is NO benefit to making bacon smaller. NONE! Just stop thinking about it. The world needs MORE bacon, not less. The idea of micro bacon is sacrilegious.

3 litters of 13 each? That's like a bacon factory right there

They look cute, but I hope people aren't looking at these as designer pets that they can get as a whim and then get rid of them. Happens often enough with cats and dogs, probably will if a craze over micro pigs develops.

I thought this thread was going to be about those diagnostic devices they use in large oil pipelines and the like.

i saw a pet pig in a pet storeyears ago and thought it was cute. i eventually in life came upon somebody who owned one and holy crap what a disgusting little thing. splotchy cancer-appearing skin and bristly rough skin, not cute at all when they grow up and that snout is wet and nasty, they should all be put through a mill imo and churned out as patties.

LOL... We're so funny.

We see "pig" and think bacon and food. If this was a horse, cat, parrot.. we would scream bloody murder at the thought of using them as food.

:p

Look at the prices of those miniatures. I doubt many of them are turned into meat, at the prices they sell for.

And, if you see cheap prices for miniature cattle, either miniature longhorns, or miniature Scottish Highland cattle, send me a PM. If it's under $1000 and within a day's drive, it would make the perfect Christmas gift for my wife. :)
(Just looking around, I see miniature texas longhorns for around $2k to $4k each)
