$40 difference newegg vs mc for the 2500k. Factor in tax and it's about $25. Mc is a 50 mile one way drive for me so MC deal is weak IMO. If you're in a 10 mile radius then it's worth a drive.

Just jumped on the 2500K (180$) plus the Asus P8P67 (160$) minus 40$ for the bundle at MC. Add tax its 329 out the door for pickup. It pays to have one near my house. At 8:10 CT there were more than 20 2500ks left and 11 P8P67 regular boards left at the downtown chicago store...

Ridiculous firesale prices... Go get em boys.
 
Yeah that's not a bad deal. Just can't justify it vs my X-58. I'll wait and see what 2011 has in store as much as it kills me to wait.

gigabyte ud3 bundle is priced so good as well as the second bundle for the p8p67, as far as i know the ud3 lacks that phase power feature over the level up models like ud3p, is it worth going <30$ more for the p8p67 bundle?
 
Crise; good price. Esp if you add the seasonic from newegg (125 for x750) and xfx 6870 ($219). Only thing holding me back is that I think I will wait 6 months before dealing with reinstalling windows and I suspect by then prices will be lower (current system is e8400/8800/windows xp). Also I need to find a case 🙂

I just tried to order one of the combos and it added the 2500k to my cart but not the board. I checked out with the 2500k for the $179.99 price + $5.99 shipping (about 2 minutes ago). Just waiting for confirmation.

May be backordered. I'll pick up a board after I find out details.

Edit: Once you hit the <Add both> combo button, you can manually add the motherboards to get the combo discount. CRAPPPPPPPPPPP....too late for me! 🙁

Finally got my pickup ready email right after a call to the store to find out what was wrong. Picked the 2500k and Gigabyte combo for $280, thinking maybe I should have chosen the ASUS for the additional $20. Off to St. Davids store now.
 
Ugh forgot about tax, got a 2600k for only 297$(w/ tax) instore though. Better than anything you can find online atm 🙂

I do however expect these to drop to around ~300 on newegg after a month or 2.
