smp = good
microatx = good
no agp = very bad
one pci = not that bad (for my uses anyways)

and add to the fact that there is really no advantage to having a matx mobo unless you're gonna put it in a matx case, and then you need a matx psu, and they top out around 200w. you could probably find a 300-350w one if you looked real hard but i'm sure it'd cost an arm and a leg.

cool idea, but theres a few things that kinda ruin it imo..

Yeah, Ipox makes all sort of stuff for industrial and server enviroments.

Plenty of 300W and 350W mATX PSUs out there, you can get an mATX case w. 300W PSU for around $60,- (Viper). Allthough I think this board is meant to be put in a rack-/server case...

Off hand, I know the Coolermaster desktop cases are MATX yet have a standard ATX bracket for a PS, I'm sure there are probably others out there. As for the lack of an AGP slot, the board is no doubt designed for industrial/server applications, which is a market full of boards that don't have/need an AGP slot.

"but then again maybe they can fit two of those in a 1 u case"

The board doesn't have angled DIMM slots, so probably not.
