Here's one Evercase 3255.
. Others can be gotten that way (Inwin, Enlight, etc.), but it doesn't seem the resellers bother to order them that way. I guess most customer for the mATX form factor aren't too critical on PSUs.

Some Cooler Master mATX models have no PSU, one I have here for building a HTPC (when I get to it) even takes normal size ATX PSUs instead of micro size.

that is exactly what I want is one that will take a normal PSU so I can have a good power house one what case is that?

There are a few listed here(you can have them remove the power supply from most of the cases by selecting "no power supply" from the change power supply drop-down box). Inwin Pic
