Michigan State BLOWS it in the 4th quarter

good lord. this is worst than the Eagles collapse last week.

I didn't get to watch the game till the find 2 possessions.

But was MSU not trying to score in the 2nd half ? I can understand not running up the score if you blew them out by 50 and the opponent can't even score. but only 6 points while ND was clearly able to score. someone needs to get beat up on monday.

Uh, you beat Michigan State. A thoroughly mediocre team, just like Georgia Tech.

A comeback like that where the QB throws 5 second-half TD's is sweet no matter who is ranked what, don't give me your sour grapes.

Not to mention 19 4th quarter points.

Your act is beginning to wear thin. It's all luck, blah blah blah. Brady Quinn has no talent, blah blah blah. I suppose you think ND football history was all made up in a conspiracy, eh?

Just please stfu in Nd threads and save yourself the embarrasement. This was a great ND comeback victory!

so really the only team in the top 5 that looked deserving of a higher spot today was Auburn.
Ohio only drew clear in the final minutes...after a hard fight agaisnt penn
USC was held to only 20 by AZ
WV let EAST carolina score 10 on them
its really an interesting season so far in college footbal. no standouts like last year with texas and USC.

BOOOO!!! SOUR GRAPES!!! BOOOO!!!!

GO ND!

Face it. ND played poorly against a mediocre team that shot itself in the foot in the second half. ND is losing it's discipline that Willingham instilled into the team. Meanwhile, Washington beat UCLA 29-19 to improve to 3-1. Looks like ND is going down while Washington is going up after being one of the worst teams in all of NCAA.

Fumble by Stanton = luck.
Bad throw by Stanton = luck.
Interception off of a ball that bounced around like a pinball = luck.

Please. Do you think Ohio State, USC, or Texas would be happy about a game like this? No, they'd be upset they came so close to losing to a team like MSU.

Which way do you want to have it? Is ND a elite national contender, or an also ran that takes great pride out of every mediocre win?

You're a loser. Go away. Nothing you post has even the slightest hint of objectivity or respect for the other team. Your posts are wastes of bandwidth.

I agree that Notre Dame is obviously ranked higher than they should be (like thats a new thing?). But this was still a SWEET game to watch, and a beautifull comback. Brady Quinn is the real deal, but the rest of his team maybe not so much, defense still needs some serious work.

EDIT: also, i womder how many fans left the game thinking it was over and then hear on the radio as they drive home that Notre Dame is making a comeback 😛

ND did play very poorly in the first half, but they made up for it in the second.

Comparing ND to Washington is laughable. Give it up, Ty will never win a championship. The guy is pure middle of the road.

That's not the point I made, but I'll smack you down anyway. In case you haven't checked, ND is winning lots of games lately 😛
