I would have taken the jail time + fine as well over the 240 hours of community service. When you make enough , that 500 dollar fine is nothing compared to all those days of community service.

Probably because community service would take up a lot of her schedule? 240 hours is 30 days straight or 6 work weeks. I'd imagine she's gotta shoot the shows and what not.
