Michelin tires..

As someone who knows tires and audio, Michelin is not the Bose of tires.
I've installed thousands of tires years ago and can say Michelin is definately worth the money. Else I'd get Bridgestone.

Out of the 2 brands, I myself would consider Bridgestone over Michelin as a whole. However, they each have some good tires... I've just loved the Potenza's I've had on my cars.

By the way, OP, there are two very different Bridgestone Dueller A/Ts out there.
One of them is installed as an OEM tire (typically on GM trucks) and it has a very fine pattern. Then there is the Dueller A/T that you can get at your tire dealer, and it is much more aggressive. The more aggressive tire is a fine tire, although it might look a little too aggressive on a Liberty.

I had the Pilot Sport A/S's on my Benz and I was very happy with them. They were down to just over 2/32 when I turned the lease in w about 34K miles on it but I did run it pretty hard.

I got 50K miles out of my factory installed Michelin Pilot's, and I certainly didn't baby them.

How about Hankook tires.... what's the verdict on them?

The LTX A/S are the stock tires on my ram 2500. They finally wore out at 85,000miles. You can't complain about that. I now have a set of the LTX M/S on the truck now. No complaints.

I always liked Bridgestones, though I'll be the first to admit that their OE tires tend to be pretty poor (the RE92 is not at all a good tire). That said, the RE050 is an exceptional summer-only tire, and I love the RE750s I have on my 951.

the RE050's on my car from the factory were actually a lot better than i expected... VERY nice i must say... but i'll take my falken azenis over them anyday

Heh the day I was going to first look at the car I wanted to buy, when the guy was driving down to MD from NY, he got a flat tire on the way. It ended up costing him $280 for a new tire, and I'm glad that it went out when it did, and not after I had purchased it

Needless to say ... I now own the car.

Oh yah, and it was a michelin tire.
