First of all, it's their country they can choose who they let enter, no problem with me. However I find it a bit hypocritical they won't allow him because of his controversial views that the Koran is hate speech, yet at the same time they allow these ridiculous protests in which "DEATH TO ____!!!!" is proclaimed etc.

That's pretty damn rich considering in their own Parliament sits George Galloway, who's literally on videotape handing $50,000 over to the leader of Hamas.

Michael Savage is a world-class toolbox anyway - can't say I blame them.

Don't worry, he'll be allowed in soon. The BNP and their ideals are a powerful force in the UK.

Apparently in the UK, being a terrorist organization that kills people isn't as hateful or extreme as calling people names.

I would say that the UK is joining the world stage and the United States is next in line to follow them onboard. This is a stage consumed with socialist multiculturalism where white males are evil incarnate and Islamic Terrorists are victim groups.

I don't like Michael Savage, but he shouldn't be banned from entering the UK just because he has controversial opinions. He's only dangerous if you're afraid of thought crime.

Far-right nutcases love him, far-left nutcases hate him, and the rest probably tune him out once they've heard him talking for more than a few seconds because he himself is a nutcase.

It's pretty clear from the article - while you have rights when you're in the country, it is a privilege to be allowed to enter.

You don't think the US has a list of mostly brown skinned people who would not be permitted to enter our country based on things they've said?

I dont think anyone is arguing that it shouldnt be their choice.

But it is not surprising that you are OK with people being politically exiled as long as they dont fit your views.

He hasn't been exiled. He's not a British Citizen.

Uk is pc-unsane. Even a lot of libs there know the train is off the track with this sort of stuff

"Three little pigs 'could offend builders, Muslims"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/new...-builders-Muslims.html

After pork, beef vanishes from British Airways menu
http://www.financialexpress.co...h-Airways-menu/307388/

"Don't say mum and dad... teachers told not to assume pupils have heterosexual parents"
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/new...erosexual-parents.html

If UK can drop beef, pork, children's stories and mum and dad then Savage is in good company

How am I the victim when Jaskalas is the claimed that white men are being treated unfairly in their portrayal as "evil incarnate?"

Not only have you proven to be a racist, you must have trouble reading.

Arent you the one who only shops at stores when the owner is the same color as you?

Kind of odd that you would call someone else racist.

And this quote shows your ignorance and racism as well :

I thought that the UK had a tradition of free speech?

I'm surprised and a bit disappointed they apparently use such "PC" type standards to discriminate against otherwise 'normal' people (I say 'normal' for lack of a better word - they aren't terrorists, convicted of violent felonies, criminals fleeing justice or carriers of some deadly disease).

No, I do not shop at only black-owned businesses. I was just posting about a news story. I bet you don't shop in any black-owned businesses though.

Here is your quote in the ending racism thread:

Originally posted by: OCguy Sounds like a beauty pageant question. You cant stop human nature. There will always be prejudice and racism everywhere. You cant just throw $$$ at something and make it go away, (Even though that is an American mentality)

You believe racism to be an aspect of human nature, and I assume you are human. Therefore, you are admitting to being a racist.

All I did in this thread was point out Jaskalas' inanity. He was concerned that white men are being looked at negatively by the world. I sarcastically alluded to the privilege that is inherent to being a white man, and the relative power you have on the world. I fail to see the racism in that.

The UK has never really had a strong tradition of freedom of speech. That's what happens when you develop from a monarchy culture. Lots of media is routinely banned there.
