Michael Moore predicts a Trump win....and I'm

meh. I think if democrats get off their collective asses from North Carolina to AZ to AK, Hillary will win, and resoundingly so. Not the total destruction drumpf so fully deserves, but enough to make any recount cries irrelevant. I'll do what I can, vote, suggest that those thinking of voting for drumpf really play that whole idea out in their head, and reconsider, and watch the results. I hope moore is wrong, but probably not as much as he hopes he is.

Well, folks, this isn’t an accident. It is happening. And if you believe Hillary Clinton is going to beat Trump with facts and smarts and logic, then you obviously missed the past year of 56 primaries and caucuses where 16 Republican candidates tried that and every kitchen sink they could throw at Trump and nothing could stop his juggernaut.

16 Republican candidates attempted to fight Trump with facts and smarts and logic? Seriously? The primary was a shit show. It was like a bunch of monkeys throwing feces at each other, with Trump winning because he was the best at it. Go home Moore, you're drunk.

He's saying what I've been saying all along, the Trump phenomenon is not brought about by agreements with his policies and positions. Much of America is absolutely disgusted with DC on both the left and the right and Trump is the vehicle to burn it to the ground. He's not pc and not a politician and that's the only thing that matters. It just so happens that the GOP ticket was the delivery mechanism, but it could have just as easily occurred on the Dem side.

scared he is right. I've said it before this could surprise us like the Brexit vote. And Moore even references the Brexit phenomenon with this one.

http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/

That's a dumb argument as the polls for Brexit were basically right. It was a surprise to people who were ignoring the polls. What would make this similar to Brexit is if the polls show either a tie race or a small Trump lead going into the election and everyone thinks Clinton will win anyway. Until that, Brexit comparisons are silly.

Brexit comparison is silly since the issue there was voter-turnout, and no-one seriously saw a Brexit possible so there was no sense of urgency to vote.

In this case, I THINK/HOPE that enough people are freaked out enough that they go voting upon the thought that Trump COULD become president, even with a dislike for Hillary.

I am still holding hope that the majority of the US is *not* your typical Trump-Neanderthal, respective I KNOW THIS (the US is not Bumfuck/AL, thankfully)...it will come down to whether these people go and vote.

Also, Moore is of course entirely correct in what he is saying, what pisses me off is the idiocy of (most) Trump supporters who are UNABLE to see the context here and why he said what he said and now re-posting this basically claiming Moore would be supporting Trump.

Edit: I am talking about his "Biggest F*ck You in History Speech Video"

Clinton, Pelosi, Reid, Obama already took your guns so what's left to advocate for?

What a silly, silly way to go through life. As IronWing pointed out... no one is coming for yours or my guns and you Trump lovers don't own being 2nd amendment advocates... Sheesh.

They have not got any of mine. Just picked up a Beretta M9A3 Pistol 9mm and a Ruger Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor caliber. We are ready.

It is pretty amusing that you can go back to previous years and see the EXACT SAME dire warnings about the extinction of gun rights if Obama were elected or re-elected.

One would think that the fact that none of these predictions came even remotely true would make people more skeptical this time. Apparently not, haha. Some people are just easily duped I guess.

Right. And remember how the very same people said Obama was coming to take your guns and that turned out to be a lie?

Have you considered that the same people who lied to you before are lying to you now?

I do not trust the current democratic nominee. It is time for a change and hopefully, a total revamp of how anything and everything, including votes and special interests can be bought in Washington, DC .. The government is supposed to be: "By the people, for the People" but that is not how it is currently being run. You wait and see, there will be another revolution, just a question is if you or I will be around when it happens.

The NRA has been very effective in getting a substantial amount of people to believe that the sky is perpetually falling.

good, good. your NRA cheque will be in the mail in short order. Continue to spread fear of Democrats and your guns and the gun manufacturers continue to unload truck-fulls of money on their doorsteps.

Such good puppets you guys make.

Or, like some of us sane gun owners, you can continue to own and enjoy your guns and recognize the NRA for exactly what they are: profit and influence mongers.

"The people" <-- in a democratic/free society includes people whose opinion differs from yours.
Obviously a concept that you won't ever grasp.

How do you feel about the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments? The Trump and Reps don't much care for them.

Now...I'd (honestly!) like to know your logic there. Because from what you're saying you should be supporting a socialist.
The above could well have been written by a Sanders supporter.
So....you REALLY do think that a lying POS billionaire like Trump who literally scammed "the people" all his life for his own fortune...represents "the people". How so? BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT HE SAYS.

What he actually did doesn't matter, hu? So you're voting 100% and SOLELY on your belief and blind trust, rather than what common sense would say if someone really cared for "the people" to support a socialist.

And by the way, we'd 100% BOTH agree there that a gvt is supposed to be "by the people, and for the people". Except that I don't believe remotely that Trump has this in mind, at all.

Let's just put it this way and then leave it. Hillary wants to turn this country into a Socialist style, similar to how things are done in Canada, the UK and many other areas. I personally do not this country is ready for that. And no, I am not suicidal, but will fight if forced to.

No she doesn't. Why do you think this is so, and did you take up arms to fight against things like Social Security, Medicare/medicaid, the national highway system, the national park system, etc?

That is the way she wants it. And it will not happen unless they get control of the House and Senate along with the White House.
I am voting for Trump and you are entitled to your opinion.

The same things were said about Obama and he had control of the House and Senate. America did not become a socialist nation. As with the gun issue, the people who claimed that then were lying to you. What makes you think they aren't lying to you now?

Michael Moore wrong about something... again. And as usual.

Color me shocked.
