At first I was just confused as to what the hell he was doing (standup?), then I just lost interest. He is awkward and disheveled. At one point, he appears to have a some kind of cardiac event. I am concerned for his health.


Apart from that, he sucks at standup and I hope he gets on a treadmill or something soon. I doubt he would have the stamina to finish another 30 minutes of "comedy".
 
I'm watching it now and its not what I was expecting. If you can't watch this then you've got bias issues and need to lay down on a couch with an hourly fee and talk it out.
 
Yea as so far evident, he misses the mark. Dude wants to open their eyes and uses a logic based rethoric to do so. That of course misses the mark as trump supportes are not really coming from an angle of reasoning more so from emotion.
No matter who you are, we have ALL after-rationalized events to fit with our emotional beliefs - and this is trumpsters. They feel first and make the logic fit afterwards. You cannot attack this base starting with 1+1=2, you have got to go the emotional route first. Like your banker tries to sway you with a sense of good feeling and trust - same deal.
It is a good show allthough i dont think its funny, it is sort of sad.

MM has been relentlessly demonized at least as much as Hillary has. It's all bullshit. Thanks for coming to the light!

I personally think the US has shifted SOOOO much to the right with so many nutters that they'd actually need more people like MM, just to offset the nutters.

It was MM's site where I also read about the Walmart food drives for their own employees.
Every person who points out the absurdity of what's happening in the US is welcome to me.

Only when absurdity like this is pointed out and made public..change can happen.

That he's being demonized, yeah, ...no surprise really.

Watch it! By far the best, most insightful piece I've seen that deals with this POTUS election. Totally beats the SNL skits.

Coming to the light? I haven't been living in darkness! I have really liked every MM offering I've seen... Sicko, Roger and Me, Bowling for Columbine, but hadn't seen anything in a long time. Yeah, I'm again a big MM fan based on this. Very impressive that he can pull this off the way he did. I'm sure he made a lot of editorial/editing decisions, he likes to tell a story his way, but I'm OK with that. I think his heart is totally in the right place.
 
Moore is so manipulative and condescending as to make me automatically reject any point he might try to make simply because it's him making it.
 
Michael Moore's heart is usually in the right place, but he tends to go about it by the wrong means (playing fast and loose with context, being hyperbolic and the like). And that ultimately hurts his cause -- I'd prefer someone who isn't as passionate, but has more solid ground to stand on.

The modern liberal ideal is supposed to be founded on logic, subtlety and the inherent complexity of reality. Moore is about as subtle and complicated as a sledgehammer. He's better than the Hannitys, Limbaughs and O'Reillys of the world, but he's not who I'd want as a spokesperson for my views.
