They are 100% ripping off the Jordan brand, but it won't matter. Hell, we can't get China to halt factories knowingly counterfeiting items (like Jordans), a company simply infringing won't even think twice about this lawsuit.

They (the chinese commie government) are trying to pressure Apple on iTunes and other stuffs in china = http://www.reuters.com/article/us-apple-china-blocking-idUSKCN0XJ2Q6

Stay tuned which way this case will go and the decision will be final, no more appeal.

But it's actually spelled "y'all." I'm pointing out the actual spelling, not criticizing a false perception of a spelling...because that one actually isn't the proper spelling.

I'm from the south; it's always been spelled "y'all"

Of course plenty of people have and will continue to spell it wrong. Some people also think irregardless is a word. :colbert:

(It is short for "you all" obviously.)

Like you i've seen it spelled both ways. the spelling i use is the one i seem to use exclusively. It's the one i see used more often. Seems like i remember seeing that one the most in the southern history elective i opted to take, and regret, in college. But i may remember that wrong as it's been a several years ago.

found these two links an interesting read. second one i don't remember ever hearing used. I wonder if this site is worse than wikiapedia or better as there are edits/comments/adjustments mixed in among the seemingly original authoring. maybe.

with all of the other links on my google search, seems y'all is the accepted spelling. i wonder if i'll ever remember to spell it that way.

and some weird/douchey "life rules" that only a 16 year-old bro would put in their sig....just saying though.

So you whined and bitched about my spelling, then whether I was a Southerner, and now my sig?

What will be next? My join date? My post count? The color of the sky?

Don't be a pathetic whining douchebag, stay on topic, mkay?

Don't like my sig? Do something about it. Can't do anything about it? Bend over, grab your ankles, ass up, head down and stop whining like a bitch.

What my spelling, location, and sig have anything to do with the thread topic which was about MJ (#23) vs. chinese firm? Admit it, you just want to whine and bitch..."whoaaaaaaa...others whined and bitched about your sig..so now it is my turn".

Use the brain, the thingie between your ears, bro.
