Remember in middle school when you were the little geek... different than everyone else. People picked on you non-stop, bullies beat up on you, you got picked last for sports teams. Yeah don't bs me... this is ATOT... 90% of you know exactly what I'm talking about.

This is the same thing that is happening in the Michael Jackson trial... look how quick everyone is to condemn the man as a child molesting pervert, just because he looks strange. Thread after thread saying... I think he's guilty, but he'll get off.

How sad is it that our society has utterly condemned this man because of his strange looks.

There's at this point 0 evidence to show that he did any child molestation. In FACT the evidence they're producing... ooodles of STRAIGHT ADULT PORN... shows just the opposite. This whole thing is disgrace.... doesnt this man have the right to a private trial? How pissed would you be if someone accused you of something, and the newspapers announced how much porn you keep, and where you keep it? It's really noone's business.

This whole trial is a grave injustice to Mr. Jackson, he's being treated like a guilty man, and is the clown at which the whole world is laughing. It's just fvcking wrong.

the whole premise of this case is absolutely silly. If michael wanted to touch little boys he could set up a giant boy touching facility in someplace like thailand and just boy touch all day long and not have to worry about any of this non sense.

think about it...he is very wealthy and very well traveled. He has been to almost every country in the world. He could easily get away with boy touching in developing countries. Why would he run the risk of boy touching in this country especially after the first accusation 10 years ago. He can just hop in a jet and visit a little boy brothel in some country in asia that makes my shoes when ever he had the urge. It just does not make sense for him to do this and although he is wierd looking i do not think he is mentally retarded. He could get away with kid touching if that was in fact his thing.

I haven't assumed he was guilty. Yes, there's some things that don't look so good, but the fact that his accusers have been caught out in lies previously makes them look like they're in it to make a buck.

I also think the entire case seems kind of bizarre, simply because of the **mild nature** of the allegations. He hasn't been accused of raping the boy. The accusations are he "fondled" the kid on two separate occasions (maybe more times, the accuser "can't remember"). The other allegations include that he gave the kid wine/ alcohol, allowed the kids to surf the internet for internet porn, etc. If Jackson was a hard-core pedophile, wouldn't he have at least raped a child, or forced a child to engage in oral sex? Most of those catholic priest cases in the media over recent years involved forced oral sex or rape.

The stuff in the past is questionable too. Didn't pretty much every accuser settle with him? I'm sorry, but if you're a parent and you take several hundred thousand/million dollars from the person who "molested" your child instead of prosicuting them, that tells me one of two things:

A) You're a bad parent. I don't even have kids, yet if someone molested a child of mine I would want to see that person in jail
B) You're making it up.

I'd feel sorry for Michael if he had listened to his lawyer from his previous legal problems in 1993, Johnny Cochran, who told him to stop putting himself in situations that could be misconstrued. Jackson ignored this advice and is paying for being dumb and arrogant. Personally, I doubt the molestation charges but this guy really needs to stop hanging out with preteen males.

If there's 0 evidence he did any child molestation, it never would have become a trial. His penchant and former cases against him do nothing to help/prove his innocence.

If your child was molested or raped by a neighbor, would you give him the benefit of the doubt? Continue to go over and have beers while playing poker with him, while charges were brought up against him? No, you'd judge him based off what someone else said.

One of the most common tactics of child molesters is to start out by showing their victims adult pornography. In this case, there are pornographic magazines that bear the fingerprints of MJ and the alleged victim.

I am not presuming his guilt, but this is at least potentially a damning piece of evidence.

The testimony of the child is somewhat problematic, because it is riddled with inconsistencies, and because the child has acknowledged lying in the past. His siblings also have been caught in inconsistencies on the witness stand.

One question I have is this -- why would Michael Jackson molest this kid AFTER that Bashir documentary was filmed and went to air? It just doesn't make sense to me. I think what happened is people watched the Bashir documentary, and lots of people were outraged or shocked at Jackson's "bizarre" behavior of having teen boys sleep in his bed room. At that point, the mother of the kid realized she could make an accusation of child abuse stick (because Jackson did come across as just plain odd in the documentary, let's face it - what kind of grown man sleeps with teenage boys in his bedroom?). So then I think she got her kids in on the act, worked out what their story would be, etc.
